What are the responsibilities and job description for the Market Manager position at Modern Flooring Services?
We are a hard and soft surface flooring installation company. Currently looking to hire an Estimator/Market Manager for our Denver Colorado location.
Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Schedule and perform Quality Control Inspections
- Handling Customer Service opportunities (in person and over the phone)
- Data entry
- Project status tracking and reporting
- Mediate information from professional to layman
- Performing Project quality control inspections
- Overseeing staffing and materials delivery logistics
- Managing Client accounts
- Networking in the Local market
- Process and troubleshoot work order amendments
- Track and notate events, both digital and real-time
- Support Senior Department staff in warranty activations through the above tasks
Ideal candidate qualifications:
- 2 years experience- customer service (required)
- 2 years experience- flooring/construction industry (required)
- 2 years sales experience (recommended)
- Networking (big plus)
- Contract/data processing experience (desirable)
- Microsoft package proficient
- 50 WPM
- Valid driver's license

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
