Rapidly growing podiatric practice seeking a friendly, detail-oriented front desk receptionist for our Casselberry clinic. Duties include:
- Receiving, checking in and checking out patients
- Occasionally answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting payments
- Contacting insurance carriers to obtain benefits information and authorizations
- Opening and closing the office
- Carrying out other duties pertinent to the position and helping out team members as necessary
Bilingual a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Strong customer service, computer, and iPad skills required.
Experience in healthcare and with electronic medical records systems recommended.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour
