The Role
We are looking for a creative innovator and experienced Senior Manager of Digital Content to lead the strategy, development, and operations of our digital content both in-app and for clients. This leadership role will be responsible for expanding Modern Health’s content ecosystem to engage users, meet client objectives, and drive measurable outcomes.
As the Senior Manager of Digital Content, you will collaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Clinical, Technology, and Administrative teams to create impactful, user-centered content across various digital content channels. You’ll bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative innovation, and operational expertise to deliver high-quality content that enhances user engagement and drives member outcomes on a global scale.
This role is embedded within our Tech team and reports to our Senior Director of Digital Content, Product Operations, and Analytics. This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and implement comprehensive content strategies focused on delivering measurable outcomes, increasing engagement, and grounded in data insights
- Manage a team responsible for our digital production, including digital producers, writers, and content operations managers
- Partner closely with Modern Health’s clinical and development teams to conceive and execute innovative content across mental health topics based on user and client needs
- Develop and refine processes for content audits, globalization, gap analyses, and journey mapping
- Oversee the end to end pipeline of media production and post production throughout the various stages of content development for editorial, audio, and video
- Oversee the client requests and go-to-market support of live Circles sessions
- Lead and manage a team of internal and external writers, producers, and coordinators to develop and execute initiatives within a timeline
- Manage annual forecasting, team budget allocation, and expense tracking
- Develop and maintain editorial and publishing guidelines and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and contractor agreements and negotiations
- Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to drive improvements in our content and member experience
- Develop and lead content translation and localization workflows to develop parity across languages in app
