ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Resolve product quality issues with customers.
· Assist the Division Manager by establishing, implementing, and maintaining Modern Industries’ Quality Systems Manual.
· Act as the divisional Quality Systems assessor and lead auditor in our ISO 17025 and NADCAP accredited division.
· Accompany customer and third-party audits, and follow-up to ensure all required corrective actions are implemented and communicated to the auditing party.
· Train personnel in audit techniques, procedures, work instructions, etc.
· Ensure the timely resolution of quality issues and lead ongoing continuous improvement projects.
· Failure analysis
· Proactive and reactive communication with customers

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with material science or engineering strongly preferred
· Strong computer skills (Windows, MS Office, design platform)
· Minimum of 2 years job-related experience as a quality professional or project manager
