Shift Lead Furnace Operator (ALL SHIFTS)
Departments: Melt, Mold, Core Room, Cleaning Room (Grinding/Chipping).
- Heat treating of metals.
- Lead and manage shift operators.
- Full-time position.

Requirements:
- Shift lead industrial experience required.
- Furnace operator/ heat treat experience preferred.
- Some knowledge of metallurgy/ customization of heat treating metals strongly preferred.
- Ability to function effectively in fast paced, manufacturing-type environment.
- Ability to remain standing and walking for long periods of time.
- Authorized to work in the US.
