Position Overview
We are looking for a bi-lingual recruiter to join our team!
- Recruit the best candidates by screening resumes and interviewing applicants.
- Professionally and accurately provide support to applicants through the onboarding process.
- Communicate with leadership and management team on open positions.
- Perform background checks and verify new hire information, including I-9 documentation.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Assist with Hiring Fairs
- Community outreach
- Assist with Social Media
Requirements:
- At least one year office work or recruitment required.
- Must have a strong attendance record.
- Display professional, respectful attitude and have good communication skills.
- Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in processes and requisition volumes.
- Basic level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
