What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Wash- Lead position at Modern Maintenance, Inc.?
Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States. We are hiring for a Site Lead to oversee the employees of a truck wash in Loveland, CO.
Must have valid driver's license. Pay is $21/hr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00PM - 10:00PM
Summary:
- Driving package trucks to truck wash station
- Wash inside and outside of trucks daily
- Supervise and truck washing staff onsite
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Helping plan and prepare work schedules
- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintaining accurate records
- Other job duties as needed
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Required to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required
