Area Manager- Janitorial

Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.

The responsibilities of a Area Manager include:

• Oversight of multiple facilities including occasional travel between locations
• Management of on-site supervisors and janitorial staff
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Planning and preparing work schedules
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Maintaining accurate records
• Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met
• Other job duties as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial services
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Background in management within hospitality or commercial cleaning sectors
• Familiarity with housekeeping management and laundry operations
• Ability to effectively manage teams and ensure high standards of cleanliness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
