Account Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and business development strategies. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and strong communication skills to successfully negotiate and close deals with clients in the technology sector.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through warm calling and effective communication.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve favorable terms for both parties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology solutions.
• Provide ongoing account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
• Experience in analyzing market data to inform business development strategies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
