Modern Mortgage Financial is seeking a full-time experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team.

  • 2 years' experience in Loan Processor role required.
  • Knowledge of Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA processing.
  • Experience with Encompass LOS & Salesforce
  • Experience with closings with UWM
  • Experience with completing ROVS with appraisals
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
  • Gather and organize important documents like title work, appraisals, tax transcripts.
  • Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:Salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,250.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
