Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient management of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to coordinate tasks effectively. This role requires hands-on involvement in various activities, including heavy lifting and route driving, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in heavy lifting, moving, and packing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in moving operations and customer service.
- Communicate effectively and transparently with customers.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a moving or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with commercial (CDL not required.)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Experience handling heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Previous experience as a mover or driver.
