As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations—ensuring deals are set up correctly, assisting with configurations, and making life easier for our rockstar sales reps.
Help our sales reps verify and configure proposals—because accuracy is key!
Enter deals into Salesforce like a pro, ensuring everything is in place for success.
Double-check new proposals to make sure they align with past configurations.
Keep deals on track by ensuring all orders are prepped and ready for smooth processing.
Prepare paperwork for new deals—because paperwork is only boring if you don’t do it efficiently!
Conduct research to help reps and clients make informed decisions.
Pull critical data from our EA and CC databases to support reps and clients.
Be the friendly voice our clients hear when their rep is unavailable.
Work across departments at MOM to resolve sales and client inquiries.
Communicate with our leasing partners to ensure seamless transactions.
Use Excel wizardry to calculate hardware and service costs.
Process orders for Managed Print Services, MFDs, Production, and Solutions—making sure everything is set up for success.
Presentation Skills – You know how to make info clear, concise, and engaging.
Technical Capacity – You’re comfortable with the tools of the trade, from Excel to Salesforce.
Customer/Client Focus – You love helping people and making their lives easier.
Personal Effectiveness/Credibility – You’re dependable, professional, and always bring your A-game.
This role does not include supervisory responsibilities—just a lot of opportunities to make a big impact!
You’ll be working in a professional office setting with all the usual tools—computers, phones, copiers, and (yes) a coffee machine that keeps us all going.
This role involves plenty of communication, a bit of walking, and occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds). You’ll mostly be at a desk, but there may be some movement around the office to get things done.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as needed.
No regular travel required, but there may be occasional visits to other branches.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional travel between branches.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Prior experience supporting sales or marketing teams is a plus!
