ERP Suites is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. 

The sales support position will help and support the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. The role will be responsible for providing administrative, technical, and customer support to the sales team. Work with sales team and Director of Sales to gain exposure to admin functions, contracts, all information regarding ERP Suites.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and billing.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Contract administration to include creation and facilitation to the customer.
  • Contract database administration and ongoing maintenance.
  • Quarterly business review preparation.
  • Scouting potential prospects via ZoomInfo.
  • Working with Marketing to link prospects to HubSpot for campaigns.
  • Ongoing HubSpot forecasting support/company reporting.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain sales databases and generate reports as required.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service minded, high energy, ability to manage chaotic environments. 
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Good communicator.
