Modern Remodeling is an industry leading insurance restoration contractor with over 30 years in business. We are seeking focused, energetic, and driven Exterior Sales Associates to join our Storm Restoration team. Sales Associates work with their customers throughout the restoration process from inspection, insurance review, production, and final walk through. Our Sales Associates are advocates for our customers and industry experts.
- Must be extremely presentable in person, energetic, with strong social/people skills
- Past sales and/or experience in construction is desired but not necessary. Training is provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with prospective clients and preform inspections
- Assess their needs & provide solutions
- Meet with insurance adjusters
- Work with customers to make selections
- Market to potential customers
- Ensure an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end
- Effectively communicate with team members about your leads and sold jobs
We offer in-house estimating and supplementing services so the Sales Associates can focus on generating sales and customer service.

- Base salary of $41,600 plus commissions.
- Average Sales Associate at Modern Remodeling makes between $80k -$130K per year
- Majority of you day is spent in the field instead of behind a desk
- Hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00am-7:00pm and on Saturdays between 9:00am-3:00pm. Schedule is flexible.

- Must have a clean Driving Record and must be able to pass a Background Check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to climb ladders and access roofs
- Must be presentable in person, energetic, hardworking, with strong social/people skills and a strong work ethic
- Proficient with both written communication and computer skills
- Past sales or experience in construction is desired but not necessary
