Modern Tax is seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketer to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with our Director – Brand Marketing to lead, execute, and refine our digital advertising strategy across platforms. You’ll help oversee digital ad budgets, continuously monitor market trends, and analyze data to recommend optimal ad placements that meet our growth objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and more. You should have a passion for data, a pulse on emerging digital marketing trends, and a proven record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and refine multi-channel digital campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end SEO strategy, on-page and off-page, ensuring maximum visibility and high-quality lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital ad placements to meet performance goals.
- Track, manage, and optimize digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI while achieving set KPIs.
- Regularly analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and increase ROI.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on digital marketing performance and effectiveness, presenting key insights and findings to leadership.
- Continuously stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes, proactively incorporating new methods to keep our digital approach ahead of industry standards.
- Make informed recommendations on emerging platforms, technologies, and strategies that could benefit our digital presence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital advertising budgets to achieve KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and proficiency with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven ability to stay current with industry trends and apply new practices that enhance performance.
Bonus Points:
- Strong aesthetic taste with an interest and care for design
- Experience using Canva for potential to support paid advertising visuals when needed
- Willingness to dig into platforms not traditional to this role to help streamline effective tech stack (ie. ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Zapier for lead gen forms, etc...)
