Our company, Modern Technology Solutions, Inc., is hiring a C3BM DOORS Requirements Manager to oversee the requirements management process. This role involves updating, maintaining, and managing the MDA/BC requirements database using requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS).
As a C3BM DOORS Requirements Manager, you will ensure requirements traceability across various levels of requirements decomposition and utilize IBM DOORS eXtension Language (DXL) to develop scripts for automation, reporting, and data analysis. You will collaborate with engineers, program managers, and key stakeholders to integrate IBM DOORS with other tools (e.g., IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management, JIRA, MATLAB, etc.).
You will also provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to MDA/BC personnel on IBM DOORS usage and best practices. A Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience are necessary. Active Secret clearance is required. Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and integration tools and methodologies for connecting IBM DOORS with other tools is desired.
