The successful candidate will have 3 years' experience with contracts, accounting, financial databases, and preparing/reviewing financial reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is also required.
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask on multiple projects, and has excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is essential, with US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analyzing various GFEBS financial documents and reports against established financial metrics.
- Managing funds distribution, purchase requisitions, and program reconciliation using General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
- Coordinating funding actions with vendors, program managers, and accounting/G-8 points of contact (POCs).
- Tracking funding actions for multiple contracts, programs, and fiscal years, and maintaining historical financial records.
