About the Job:
">This HVAC Controls Automation Specialist role is a critical position within the State of Wisconsin Division of Facilities and Transportation Services (DFTS), Bureau of Building Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings' systems, including installation and commissioning of building automation equipment, oversight and maintenance of computer-based programs, and troubleshooting system issues.

- Install and commission building automation equipment ">
- Oversight and maintenance of computer-based programs ">
- Troubleshooting of system issues ">
- Development, integration, and implementation of building management system applications ">
- Continual development and maintenance of systems, including replacing hardware as needed ">
- Assisting in the building automation phase of construction projects, both new and retrofit ">
- Software changes and revision downloads ">
- Performance analysis of equipment ">
- Implementing the integration and use of all technology ">
- Providing supporting policies, procedures, and technical assistance for users of the applications ">
- Developing and providing training for all systems users ">

Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need knowledge, training, or experience in installation, commissioning, and/or functional testing of building automation hardware/software, computer experience with network management software, hardware interface, databases, spreadsheet generation and analysis, and developing, writing, and debugging computer program user interfaces and control programs.
