Job Title: Senior Program Lead for Space Capabilities
This senior-level position requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in DoD program management, system engineering, and stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-pressure environments, delivering critical results for national defense projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide system engineering technical assistance to the Space Rapid Capabilities Office
- Lead the transition of advanced space systems to operational status within the Space Rapid Capabilities Office
- Develop and implement new space capabilities for operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of space capabilities
- Maintain close working relationships with government agencies and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in DoD/IC or relevant industry
- Experience at the MAJCOM/Field Command staff level or higher
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility
