Job Responsibilities:
Analyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, generating reports to communicate project status and performance.
Track project progress against plans, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk events.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients.
Assist in resource allocation and budget management, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data, track milestones, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, risk logs, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years' related experience.
- Experience with Risk Management.
- Experience analyzing project data such as financial, schedules, and technical updates.
- Documentation and process improvement skills.
- Ability to track project progress against plans, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Proficiency in communicating to stakeholders, project status updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with resource Allocation and Budget Management.
Security Clearance:
A candidate must have an active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.
