Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team at the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operations analysis and modeling and simulation support to acquisition and technology development programs focused on air systems survivability and lethality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operations analysis and modeling and simulation to identify capabilities required to defeat emerging threats.
- Develop and implement strategies for technology development and acquisition programs.
- Collaborate with the intelligence community to identify threats to US multi-domain kill chains.
- Analyze and evaluate proposed projects for feasibility and applicability to relevant military mission areas.
- Provide technical information and analysis to recommend solutions and influence decisions.
- Work closely with program managers, lead project engineers, and program teams to ensure successful project execution.
