The Role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with ModernFi's business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards
- Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment efforts
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance ModernFi's reputation as an employer of choice
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices
- Lead and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team
