Title: Corporate Finance Manager
Reports to: Vice President of Finance
Description: Support FP&A team in fast growing organization. This role is for an experienced FP&A who can perform monthly performance analyses, regular financial forecast updates, and presentations to senior management. This role will work closely with accounting, sales, and operations as well as multiple business unit while supporting the corporate team.
Responsibilities Include

This role will work closely with accounting, sales, and operations as well as multiple business unit while supporting the corporate team.
Responsibilities Include
- Monthly consolidation and analysis of financial results
- Maintenance of Adaptive Insights planning and analysis software
- Partner with multiple business units on metrics, goals, and business reviews
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year results, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Prepare high-quality and timely performance analyses for senior management, providing insightful analysis which will drive business decisions
- Support 120-day rolling sales, revenue, and margin forecast as well as annual budgeting process
- Support senior management presentations to the Board and equity sponsor
- Help drive regional growth through financial support of acquisition targets
- Develop policies and procedures when appropriate
- Perform special projects/Ad Hoc analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications
- Strong commitment to consistently meeting deadlines with thorough and accurate analyses
- Detail-oriented with strong commitment to high-quality work products and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills especially those involving systems/software
- Excellent work habits including going ‘above and beyond’ to get the job done
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Experience with Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, or similar planning software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-placement drug test and background screen
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
