Akkodis is seeking a Agile Program Manager for a contract position with our Fortune 500 banking client.
Rate: $60-$64.78/hr W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Location: Plano, TX
Duties:
- Portfolio management - blending agile delivery with program management, involving process design and redesign.
- Matrixed model with visibility across various application domains.
- Culture fit - Heavy importance of building professional relationships beyond business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management
- Strong experience with scaled agile methodologies
- Track record of managing multiple projects at various stages of the life cycle
- Strong Interpersonal/communication skills – will be presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners
- Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of payments and banking services HIGHLY PREFERRED**
- Agile Release Train Engineer experience desired
- Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies/techniques
- PPRT, JIRA Align (Portfolio management tools)
