Risk Analyst with Fortune 500 Bank

Akkodis is seeking a Risk Analyst for a contract position with our Fortune 500 banking client.

Rate: $50-55/hr W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC

Job Description:

This role provides horizontal program support within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) team of the Employee Experience Technology (EET) organization within Global Technology. EET employs approximately 2,000 employees and contractors in multiple US markets and India and has an annual budget of more than $800MM. The EET COO team is responsible for running and controlling business operations processes including Forecasting, Financial Management, Workforce Management, Risk, Workspace Management and Executive Support. It leverages partnerships with Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Business Services, Portfolio Delivery and Risk to effectively run the business of technology.

This individual will be responsible to provide support for our Risk function. The role has the following responsibilities: research non-performing risk metrics, create actionable plans to bring metrics into performance, resolve issues, source data, prepare periodic reporting, recommend process change, and other duties for the entire EET organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Risk Analysis

• Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint

• Strong Data Analytics skills including the ability to use data to provide end to end data analysis, trend analysis, and use data and analytics to recommend future strategy

• Escalates risks with clear options for resolution

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience using RISE and GIS Dashboard
