Pay Details: $55.00 to $63.00 per hour

Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), React, and SQL.
- Design and implement software solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Maintain and optimize existing SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient queries.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC).
- Extensive experience with React for building interactive, dynamic user interfaces.
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.), with the ability to write efficient queries and optimize database performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and quickly find solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and version control (Git).
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a collaborative, iterative environment.
