Position : .Net Backend DeveloperLocation – Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)Duration : Contract to Hire Job DescriptionUses tools, languages, coding standards and best practices to develop new product features and maintain year over year product functionality and enhancements.Works closely with the cross functional and other project related teams to ensure consistent understanding of requirements and approachIn addition, assists in planning and implementation of a strategic direction for the product.Develops and maintains complex software componentsCreates and maintains documentation of design approachesIdentifies product design features to support scalability, usability and better performance.Understands complex business and functional requirements and produces technical specifications and product requirements.Establishes best practices in coding and development within the team.
