Akkodis is seeking a TALENT-Project Manager for a Contract job with a client in Seattle, WA (Remote). You will be responsible for leading teams to ensure timely project delivery, quality, and scope compliance.
Rate Range: $75/hour to $85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
TALENT-Project Manager Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $75.00 to $85.00 per hour

TALENT-Project Manager Job Responsibilities Include
- Managing teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project scope.
- Developing and communicating key messages and project updates to leadership.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and performance consultants to drive project success.
- Assisting in the development of learning materials, including instructor guides and participant resources.
- Supporting the design and implementation of critical talent technologies.
- Coordinating with talent process owners and subject matter advisors for design, testing, and workshops.
- Managing the user acceptance testing process, including reviewing test materials and tracking completion.
- Tracking and driving the closure of action items, risks, and decisions while maintaining project documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on talent management or technology implementation.
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Expertise in user acceptance testing, process design, and project documentation management.
