Lost River: Behavioral Health Provider

Modoc Nation Behavioral Health's Lost River program is looking to add a Behavioral Health Professional (Licensed or Unlicensed). The Lost River program provides outpatient counseling services with a focus on the adult population. We address issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, & addiction, as well as other mental health concerns.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a case load of 25 - 30 clients.

2. Conduct consultations with new therapy clients, providing initial evaluation & assessment to determine suitability for individual, family, & / or group psychotherapy.

3. Develop treatment plans for clients and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.

4. Make appropriate, culturally responsive diagnostic determinations according to the DSM - 5.

5. Provide individual, family, & / or group psychotherapy to clients.

6. Network with others in community partner organizations.

7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA & other confidentiality regulations in all aspects of job duties.

8. Staff & support outreach activities as required.

9. Attend All - Staff meetings & all other meetings as required.

10. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

2. Current licensure in good standing as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LADC. MNBH will consider unlicensed & / or out of state candidates pursuing OK licensure.

3. Must have valid driver's license.

4. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening & background check.

5. Must provide documentation of covid vaccination status or request exemption based on qualifying factors.

Supervision: This position will operate under the direct supervision of the Lost River Program Supervisor

Compensation: $68,000 – $83,000 annual salary plus fringe benefits with the opportunity for biannual bonus. Pay is based on education & experience.

Location: This position will primarily operate from Lost River, though travel may be required to off - site locations. Lost River does have plans to relocate from Wyandotte, OK to Miami, OK by 2026.

Schedule: This employee shall maintain regular business hours (40 hours per week).
