Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant’s primary focus will be to provide excellent service to our
customers by delivering them solutions and efficiently supporting their needs throughout their
project. Additional administrative and clerical tasks will be required to maintain the storefront
office and daily operation support.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Utilize computer software including data entry
- Maintain an efficient filing system
- Scan business-related paperwork into the imaging system and send it to the proper
departments for processing
- Process ingoing and outgoing mail
- Minor accounting related tasks
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally/written)
- Excellent computer skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments
- Ability to promote a positive working environment and relationship with others
Hours of Employment:
This employee shall maintain a part-time work schedule (up to 20 hours/week).
Compensation:
$16 - $20 hourly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
