Key Responsibilities:
· Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
· Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meeting rooms
· Assist with office administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
· Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
· Provide support to attorneys and staff as needed
· Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies
· Ensure that all visitors follow office security protocols
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or legal coursework is a plus
· Prior receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a law firm or legal environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
