As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting them.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
- Presentations: Conduct professional and informative presentations to educate clients on insurance options.
- Needs Analysis: Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage based on their unique circumstances and goals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty.
- Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed sales quotas to contribute to the growth and success of the agency.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
