Job Description:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Construction Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with expertise in various aspects of structural building and architectural finishes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of construction processes from start to finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Familiar with drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting processes.
- Resolve any unforeseen issues that may arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with team members, architects, and engineers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong verbal and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor when necessary.
- Lift / carry materials weighing up to 100lbs. (assistance available when lifting items over 50 lbs.)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimal travel required.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years construction experience is required.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Additional requirements:
This is a full-time position. Employees are expected to work a general schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Employees may be required to work beyond the standard schedule to meet the deliverables and expectations of the role.
