Director of Supply Chain

Salary Range : $135,000.00 To $170,000.00 Annually

Role and Responsibilities :

• Manage the Supply Chain, demand management, and purchasing function for an early stage, future, high volume disposable medical device company utilizing a global, tier one CM.
• Be responsible for ERP system identification, selection, and implementation.
• Act as the primary interface for commercial organization sales requirements and forecast.
• Serve as the primary interface for CM demand planning and production plan.
• Manage a high-performance Supply Chain department.
• Lead an internal team for selection and implementation of ERP system, including demand management, CM production planning, inventory control, sales order entry, and product distribution.
• During ERP system implementation, create direct-to-consumer product distribution procedures and processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for ISO13485 compliance.
• Drive cost reductions and negotiate favorable supplier contract terms and prices.
• Manage Approved Supplier List.
• Work with accounting and auditors for high accuracy cycle counting.
• Travel 10% overnight.

Education : B.A. or B.S. in Business, Engineering or related field.

Compensation : The pay range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on several factors, including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
