Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus tips (additional $3 minimum in tips guaranteed through 12/31/24)

Job Overview:
Moe’s Southwest Grill is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading our North Huntingdon location. As the Assistant General Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and maintains high service standards. This role provides a stepping stone to higher leadership opportunities within Moe’s as the franchise grows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support General Management: Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and enforcing company policies.
• Team Development: Train and mentor employees, ensuring they understand their roles and are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee shifts to ensure productivity, smooth workflow, and adherence to Moe’s brand standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and helping with P&L analysis.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations during shifts.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate with the General Manager on local marketing efforts and community involvement.
