Moe’s Southwest Grill is seeking an energetic and driven General Manager to lead our North Huntingdon location, the first of several franchise locations. With three more locations already secured, this position offers exceptional growth opportunities for those who are eager to develop their career and grow with the brand. As a General Manager, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver excellent guest service, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, and train staff. Coach and mentor your team to achieve operational excellence, with opportunities for growth as we expand to additional locations.

• Operational Management: Ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently by managing labor, inventory, and food costs. Maintain Moe’s brand standards in all aspects, including food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

• Financial Accountability: Oversee and manage the restaurant’s budget, including controlling costs, maximizing profits, and analyzing P&L statements.

• Guest Satisfaction: Uphold Moe’s commitment to excellent customer service. Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.

• Marketing & Community Engagement: Drive sales through local store marketing initiatives and community involvement to build strong relationships and promote Moe’s brand.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards are followed consistently.
