Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour, plus tips (additional $3 minimum in tips guaranteed through 12/31/24)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Motivate Teams: Run shifts, coach team members, and build a positive, fun work culture.

• Operations & Business Basics: Learn day-to-day business operations, including managing inventory and handling cash.
• Financial Insights: Get hands-on experience with Profit & Loss (P&L) and cash flow management to understand how businesses stay profitable.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Either experience in restaurant supervision of currently enrolled in a university or college with restaurant experience..
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
