Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellence
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining Moe’s brand standards
- Drive sales and profitability through local store marketing and operational excellence
- Oversee food safety, quality control, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and financial performance
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR/Fast Casual preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and develop a team while maintaining a positive culture
- Knowledge of P&L management, scheduling, and cost controls
- Passion for great food and excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
