Job Title: Shift Leader/Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their designated shifts. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery
- Supervise food production, inventory control, and food handling procedures
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Train and mentor staff members to maintain high standards
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Skills:
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or hotel industry
- Proficiency in inventory control and food production processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations
- Experience in conducting interviews and hiring processes
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a cook is a plus
