About the role
We're looking for an ambitious and resourceful Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and want to develop expertise across community building, content creation, and customer marketing, this is the role for you. You'll be involved in high-priority projects and have the chance to shape your growth through hands-on learning and strategic contributions. Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute community engagement initiatives that support customer retention and brand growth.Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communication strategies.Write and distribute engaging content for blog posts, social media, case studies, and partner promotions.Partner with internal teams to identify key marketing opportunities and drive collaboration across departments.Build and maintain relationships with customers, collecting valuable feedback and insights for future marketing efforts.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize efforts and inform strategy.Manage marketing workflows, deadlines, and project deliverables to keep the team running smoothly.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.Experience with email marketing and customer marketing platforms is a plus.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.Coachable and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects while contributing to broader team objectives.High energy, high work ethic, and a passion for delivering measurable results.
