- Ability to read and understand drink recipes to mix cocktails
- Be reliable – show up for your scheduled shift on time and work your entire scheduled shift
- Take beverage and food orders and deliver items in a timely manner
- Perform opening and closing side work as directed by managers
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- Be a constant presence on the floor and maintain positive customer engagement
- Ongoing working knowledge of the POS system
- Responsible for knowing all food and drink menus to adequately discuss with customers
- Responsible for knowing and understanding all daily and weekly specials
- Continuing craft beer, wine, and spirits education
- Ability to quickly learn company history, extensive product knowledge, and selling techniques
