- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- Be reliable – show up for your scheduled shift on time and work your entire scheduled shift
- Greets guests in a friendly and inviting manner
- Knowledge of menu/spirits/beer/wine
- Knowledge of rules and regulations for alcohol service
- Engage guests while showing them to their seats
- Advises guests of current specials, new menu items and promotions
- Coordinate/maintain the reservations, seating chart and availability of tables
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate
