Join our committed team and help shape the future we envision.SummaryWe are looking for an LPN for our Occupational Health Clinic : The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides care to Moffitt Team members in accordance with established OccupationalHealth guidelines, nursing care standards, and Moffitt Policy & Procedures. Coordinates, provides, and documentsdirect team member / patient care in accordance with established standards & regulatory guidelines.QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION :
- Minimum Required : High School Diploma / GED
- Preferred : AssociatesLICENSURE / CERTIFICATION :
- Minimum Required :
- Valid Florida LPN, and BLS
- Minimum of 1 year direct patient care experience
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience
- Experience with various computer software programs
- Preferred :
- Minimum of 1 year Occupational Health experience
- Minimum of 3 years direct patient care experience
- Minimum of 1 year for ambulatory services such as clinics
- DOT certification for Urine and Breath Alcohol Testing
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative Respirator Fit Testing
- Bilingual (English / Spanish).
