Job Overview:
We’re looking for an Account Manager with strong connections in EdTech to join our team and deepen our impact in the industry. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage key client relationships, help drive talent delivery, and support recruitment operations with some of the most innovative organizations in education.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic liaison between Mogel’s recruitment team and client organizations
- Build and maintain client relationships, particularly with EdTech companies and hiring managers
- Stay up to date on hiring trends, roles, and decision-makers across the EdTech ecosystem
- Coordinate recruitment deliverables and feedback loops for active searches
- Track hiring priorities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support client satisfaction and identify opportunities to grow accounts
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in account management, recruiting, or client services—within EdTech or education
- Existing network of contacts in the EdTech space (K–12, higher ed, B2B, SaaS, etc.)
- Familiarity with how EdTech companies hire and scale teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience using ATS or CRM platforms
- Passion for education and connecting mission-driven talent to purpose-driven work
