Group Product Manager – EdTech
Location: Remote (Hybrid required if located in Tempe, AZ)
Travel: Up to 20% | Full-Time

This role is part strategist, part coach, and part hands-on contributor—ideal for someone who’s excited to guide product development from ideation to execution while mentoring a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coach a team of product managers, business analysts, and associates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product design, curriculum, and other teams
- Shape vision and strategy for multiple product areas within a defined domain
- Manage and communicate a multi-year product roadmap aligned to user needs and company goals
- Lead the creation of detailed product documentation and prioritization for development cycles
- Champion creative thinking, user-centered design, and a test-and-learn mindset
- Facilitate regular stakeholder feedback loops to inform iterative improvement
- Serve as a thought partner in both tactical execution and long-term planning
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and impact
- Perform additional duties as needed
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of product management experience, including people leadership
- High level of technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others while driving product results
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate and plan for future growth
- Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environments
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
