The Project Manager will oversee and manage vertical construction projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and organizational expertise to coordinate teams and maintain project efficiency while upholding high-quality standards and budgetary goals.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mid-rise, high-rise, data center, or distribution center projects.
- Organize project teams to align with project objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources using tools such as BIM, Primavera, MS Project, and Excel.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and effectively negotiate with stakeholders, including owners and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction processes, resolve issues, and optimize efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale projects ($20M ).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
