Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related).
- Minimum of 3 years of SCADA development experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA.
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team on multiple projects.
- Hands-on experience as a SCADA Developer, SCADA Engineer, MES Engineer, Process Control Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Controls Engineer.
- Expertise in HMI/SCADA systems (Ignition) and integrating data from PLCs, ERPs, and WMS.
- Proficiency in Python, Expression Language, and SQL.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC APIs, and Web Services.
- Understanding of OEE concepts, MES platforms, Track & Trace technologies, ERP, and WMS workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale Industry 4.0/Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strategy & Planning: Gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize automation and data integration in manufacturing.
- Acquisition & Deployment: Research emerging technologies, manage SDLC phases, and perform system administration tasks like user management and security configuration.
- Operational Management: Develop, test, and maintain software integrations, apply best practices for support, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical documentation.
- Physical Demands: Prolonged computer use; occasional overtime may be required.
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
