Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical guides for programming, installing, and operating equipment.
- Standardize electrical components by creating a master Motor & Device List.
- Design control systems that meet FDA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Support safety programs through documentation like SMA, CCL, and SRS.
- BS in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years’ experience with sanitary or food processing equipment.
- Knowledge of process systems (heat exchangers, pumps, filters, CIP).
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Inventor 3D; SAP experience is a plus.
