Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA
Pay Rate: $65 - $75 per hour
Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (50% onsite)
Required Skills & Experience
Expertise in SAP S4/HANA (PP/PPI/MM) modules.
Knowledge of additional SAP modules (WM, SD, QM) is a plus.
Understanding of background jobs and data tables in SAP.
Experience with SAP Ariba and ALM is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Architecture, Science, or Supply Chain with a strong background in SAP applications.
Familiarity with Kinaxis Rapid Response is beneficial.
Business knowledge in API/DS manufacturing planning and customer planning is preferred.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand, supply, scheduling, purchasing, and customer planning.
Experience with SAP Sales Orders, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply & Production Planning, and Finance.
Process improvement expertise, with Black or Yellow Belt certification in Supply Chain preferred.
Experience in electronic document management systems.
Proficiency in Excel and Visio.
Ability to work across multiple time zones (U.S. EST – Europe).
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide technical solutions for manufacturing sites and external partners.
Act as a key contact for SAP help desk tickets, providing expert-level support for site and external manufacturing planning.
Analyze system applications and transactions, offering advisory support on technical solutions.
Assist Process Stewards in business process design and implementation.
Develop a technical database to enhance understanding of parameter selection and its impact.
Identify and implement technical solutions to optimize business processes.
