Skills/Qualifications for the Overnight Counselor include:
Salary and Schedule of the Overnight Counselor position:
Sunday: 10:30pm overnight until 8:30am Monday
Monday: 10:30pm overnight until 8:30am Tuesday
Tuesday: 10:30pm overnight until 8:30am Wednesday
Wednesday: 10:30pm overnight until 8:30am Thursday
Thursday: Off beginning at 8:30am
Friday and Saturday: Off
Note- There are about 4 hours of tasks that need to be completed each night. The Overnight Counselor must be available for clients if they need anything during the middle of the night; however, if it is quiet the Overnight Counselor can rest for the remainder of the shift once the tasks are complete.

Skills/Qualifications for the Overnight Counselor include:
- Demonstrated ability in helping others
- Experience working with people who have a diagnosis of mental illness or other human service experience, preferred but not required
- Both the ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to be organized and have good time management skills
- College classes in human services, preferred but not required
- Valid and insurable driver's license preferred but not required
Salary and Schedule of the Overnight Counselor position:
- $20.50/hour; $42,640.00/annual equivalent. Overtime is available in our group home setting, $30.75/overtime pay rate.
